Important information:

  • This product is dishwasher safe, but the print will remain beautiful longer if washed by hand.
  • Only suitable for a mug press with adjustable degrees up to 165°C. Automatic mug presses that cannot be adjusted are not suitable for sublimating glass mugs.
  • -It is known that:
    -The Cricut mug press eventually breaks due to overheating from the glass getting too hot.
    -A number of stores have withdrawn the Loklik tumbler/mug presses from sale because they do not provide the desired results.
    -The Vevor mug press often does not give the desired result.
  • Sublimation advantage uses and has only experience with the Craft Express brand. The indicated time and temperature is an indication as this can vary per press
  • For problems with other brands, please contact the relevant dealer.
  • The blurriness of the print is not due to our mugs but to the press.
  • Check the press with an infrared thermometer to see if the set degrees are correct. For an oven, do this with an oven thermometer.
